Details of the movement from start to delivery of any article/consignment sent by Speed Post can be tracked online by its alphanumeric code which has three different parts (with no gap):

(1) TWO CAPITAL LETTERS e.g. ES

(2) NINE DIGITS (any combination of 9 digits out of digits 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9; note that digit 0 typed on some desktop or laptop typewriters can look like capital letter O)

(13) IN 

It seems that Windows Operating System (which gives automatic security) should be used as the default Operating System on a laptop. Antivirus like f***ing K7 antivirus should NOT be installed. I have REMOVED f***ing K7 "antivirus" installed on My Dell laptop by SATAN BM BIL4 SURAJ C.B.

[July 8, 2026] MY COMMENTS ON NOTICE TO INFORMANT SENT BY CJM, CACHAR, SILCHAR: 

I was not given a copy of final Report submitted by Investigating Officer. I heard from authentic sources (connected with the criminal case) that the culprits were involved in criminal conspiracy under IPC (Cr.) U/S 15B ** for which the LEGAL punishment is HANGING/LIFE IMPRISONMENT.

** if I remember correctly

"... failing which the matter will be decided exported" ... will be decided exported?!!! ... will be decided ex parte?

It is clear that "NOTICE TO INFORMANT' that I received on 26 May 2026 from "Havildar Gokul Mali" (real or fake police?) of "Bhangagarh Police Station" (real or fake?) was written and/or typed by a CHEAT who can be tracked down from his or her handwriting. All the CHEATS connected with fake "NOTICE TO INFORMANT" can be accurately identified from audio video archives of NASA and Russian Space Agency and strong action can be taken against these cheats and their Nazi bosses (BM BIL1 SUBRATA, BM ANITA C.B. GASS. etc.).
